By confirming a booking with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Validity of Booking
A booking is not confirmed at the time of payment alone.
It becomes valid only after we have issued your Booking Confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
3. Deposit Requirement
A deposit is required to secure your safari.
Deposit amounts vary depending on itinerary, permits (e.g., gorilla trekking), and season.
4. 100% Refund Guarantee (Deposit Protection)
To give our guests maximum peace of mind:
You receive a 100% refund of your deposit if:
Permits (such as gorilla permits) are unavailable
We cannot confirm your chosen itinerary
A major change occurs that affects your ability to travel
You cancel within the allowed cancellation window before permits are purchased
Exceptions:
Gorilla & chimpanzee permits become non-refundable once purchased
Lodges with special cancellation rules (you will always be informed in advance)
This guarantee ensures you never risk losing money due to our internal processes or availability issues.
5. Acceptance of Booking & Final Payments
Once we accept your booking, you will receive an email/WhatsApp confirmation.
The balance of the trip price must be paid before the start of the safari.
Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking.

Once you have paid your deposit and received a confirmed quote, your price is locked unless:
